Sure, happens all the time.

Would young women have sex with countless multiple partners and give birth to children without fathers if they were raised in an environment where these behaviors were not considered acceptable behaviors?

Yup. Happens all the time, even in the best of families.

It's elementary that you get more of behavior that's positively reinforced and less of behavior that's negatively reinforced. That's very well proven. But far from pre-ordained.

I don't know where you're going with this.
