Yes, it is and was. Clinton was the elected President. He sullied the Oval Office as our President, and then lied about it. If he was going to screw around, he could have done it someplace other than the Oval Office. JFK found another few places other than the Oval Office to do the same thing.

BUT JFK didn't lie to the American people about it, wag his finger in their face, and tell that lie under oath.
