Shack -- are you saying the Nyse tick indicator says IT low

No, not really, "IT" low is a strong term. All I am saying is that the area where that indicator is sitting right now is the area where rallies to new highs have occurred during the impulsive up since the summer. Its a good area to gauge if the correction will be deeper or even a trend change. But this indicator says buy now for new highs if that impulsive up is still in play.

There is plenty to be bearish about right here too Freep. If AMZN does not close that island soon then the most important chart to the bull case will be toast.

<<We are quite oversold on a lot of metrics>>

Assume you're referring to our "indicator soup", Freep....and checking out MACD, RSI, Stochs.....for DOW, SPX, COMPX, NDX, and SOX dailies.....I would say that while we've been moving into oversold areas.....since last week, actually....we have not yet become "quite oversold".......so not sure I would rely on that just yet for any reversal to make things "far more interesting".........vbg
