I'm sure that a lot of the Hollywood elite & other wealthy
left wingers will make substantial donations to help the
tsunami victims. They generally have serious compassion for
folks like that.

It's Bush & certain Americans (read Republicans) that they
have zero compassion for. They generally have made those
feelings well known too. And many of them threw enormous sums
of money at this perceived problem too.

As far as I'm concerned, a few good deeds do not obviate
unrelated bad deeds.

Would a child molester who donates to a homeless shelter be
any less abominable?
