As I recall, she is concerned that some individuals may not want to be unbanned. An issue of compassion, I suspect.

Yes, Charles, Jewel is correct. I believe that some of the bannees may not want to be unbanned, and I would not presume to make them feel uncomfortable.

Having said that, there is no humble pie to eat should anyone want to jump back into the fray. All that is required is that I somehow get a message requesting to be unbanned, and it will occur as soon as I am aware of it.
