[There is] no better example of that than religion which is possibly the ultimate conspiracy theory. Absolutely. They are founded upon the same logical principles...or, more aptly, are constructed similarly to such...which I find particularly amusing anytime I catch political/economic conspiracy theorists trashing religions as specious (in an evidentiary sense) in the same proverbial breath. Those, on the other hand, that espouse such theories and are zealots of whatever their faith are, at least, consistent. :-) e
