Getting unruly in defense of the truth is usually acceptable behavior. This is not the manners thread or anything. That would be pretty boring, and I do not want to fall asleep while reading Feelies posts.

It is helpful, I think, to remember to attack the post and not the poster personally. From the posts of yours I have read, you seem passionate, but cheerful and polite and clever with words, as well. These are great persuasive talents!
