Yes. That is exactly the position of our thread head. I attempted to point out that there are more than one perspective on the issue but this is not a discussable topic here. It disrupts some peoples meditation.

The perspective of a parent in a family setting or a ships captain at sea is the only valid one when it comes to making difficult decisions. In such, there has to be an adult in charge. I find it to be an excellent analogy regarding my perspective of thread management on feelies.

Since I prompted many others to join us here, I have recieved some varying responses. I am not saying any particular perspective is more valid than any other (including my own) but I found it ironic that I received the following just prior to our thread head clarifying her benevolent position, which she insists has never been whimsical.
