I first seismic reports said it was a 6.8 earthquake, then it was raised to a 8.0, then later to 9. something. BIG difference between a 6.8 and a 9. But if you think Bush caused it or some other wacky theory who cares. Keep hating, it's good for the soul

There was no bungling......the President sent letters of condolences the very day the story broke, announced an intiial aid pledge and did all that was reasonably required.
