Hi Krikor:

Good to hear from you again -- and thanks for posting the Cadre PR. This is good news in my opinion. As far as I understand it, when EDELCA officially "receipts" a proposal, it's well on the way to becoming a project. CSL has been working closely with their officials to ensure that the content of the proposal meets the "maintenance" requirements of the hydro-electric facility. This is a maintenance project, but it happens to coincide with most of what Cadre wanted to do in the feasibility study they previously described. So it's a win-win situation if it goes through. EDELCA clears the sediment from its dam and Cadre gets to keep the materials extracted and build an accurate profile of what's there. And they complete the previous feasibility work probably at lower cost than estimated before (i.e. less than one million) because some of the work has already been done.

Best regards,
Howy
