Meat eating Baptists from Kentucky? I believe that came from average joe. I don't think I would ever say anything like that off the top of my head. In fact, I spent part of New Year's Day with some musicians from rural Tennessee who own and run a barbecue restaurant when they are not driving around the country in an old limousine on little country music tours. They were the sweetest, nicest men and the way people from the south talk just wraps me in some sort of soft flannel like my baby blanket. It must evoke memories of my southern grandmother and my two aunts. I feel immediately warm and comfortable and soothed. Like rolling around in a giant sweet potato pie of my dreams . . .
