Nice discussion with ER about NDX. Now, it seems that most here think in terms of this decline being a W4. I don't have any strong opinions either way (I find that holding strong opinions is an expensive habit -g), but looking at SPX I have no difficulty discerning a fairly neat impulse out of August, with the 5th being an ED. And if that's the case, then we can make a good case for a further slide - maybe for months to come, for all I know.

I realise that we were in a bull market for over 2 years, and that the larger trend gets the benefit of the doubt, but if we were to have a trend change, imo, all needed structures are already in place - and sufficiently well developed.
