It doesn't matter whether Saddam was corrupt, or the UN, or Germans, or French, or all of them. PNAC was a dream of a bunch of academics and politicos (Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Perle, Feith, Bolton et al). It was a blueprint on achieving world dominance through war and conquest.

Oddly, none of these "warriors" had even set foot in a battlefield. Though the blueprint was detailed, it was a like a manual on how to ride a bicycle -- written by two or three dozen yahoos who had never rode a bike!

No wonder the thing came crashing down at the very first hurdle. The PNAC project is broken beyond any hope of repair. The only thing that remains to be seen is if the three dozen or so clowns that authored it, will save their collective face or not.
