Well, the 'Third World' won't be 'what it used to be' before very long... for example, China's GNP should equal ours in about 50 years... and the fastest growth right now is in the 'BRIC' nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China). Things will be a Hell of a lot different in just 50 years, you won't have to wait '200 years'. ('Course... greed, ignorance, religious bigotry, sloth, corruption, etc., will still be around....)
