Poor "I'm not Pugs" Dobry.- "I have never indicated that I posted as “King Odie,” except during my deposition in this case."

The facts contradicted you then Pudgy, didn't they? Or was it the "chronology" you had trouble with?

The image of Dobry’s Affidavit, which was entered just before the hearing on Tuesday, is now available on Pacer.

In this signed and sworn document, Dobry clearly perjures himself when he says:

5. I have never indicated that I posted as “King Odie,” except during my deposition in this case.

Yesterday scion dug up a sampling of posts from long ago in which Dobry, as “King Odie”, states his identity clearly, and even offers his email address.

Janice. I never said any such thing. I did tell CG that the judge asked Marchese's atty to disclose his damages. He couldn't. The judge informed him that to be in his court there must be at least $75k damages. My OPINION is that Marchese's suit will be tossed. My case may have to be refiled. At least my disparagement claim. My lawyers feel that my co. may have to sue Marchese over any disparagement to my business. We'll see.
How do you feel about QBID doing that stock exchange with a lawyer who was disbarred over problems with "trustee accounts"? Any news on Entertech? I hear Leslie Collins is seeing "red"? BTW, why haven't you told the board that a certain Chairman asked you to post on his behalf? Doesn't he sue bashers? Not you though, huh? He must really like & trust you to consider you his mouthpiece huh? Back to your laundry service lil' plumber.
CG, why waste your time in the laundromat? Call me if your around.

Great post Riley! Thats what they were discussing on the news. In fact, my buddy who has a radio show in Chicago, I was on with Emschwiller a while back, is going to do an in-depth report on organized crime on the OTC with a newspaper reporter (investigative reporter) here in Chicago, a big name. I'll let you know when he's on the show & the articles come out.

Pauly, "laundry"? What laundry is done in a gym Pauly. Again, instead of dialogue, you have chosen to spew venom against me. Look, I've had my fill of mobsters over the last year. My parents have been targeted, death threats have been traced, I have given information to the SEC & the FBI routinely since the musclemen entered my life. I've learned a lot, and I've learned a lot about message boards, their purpose and who uses them. You continue to evade all questions about your participation in the RMIL debacle & how much you profited p & d-ing RMIL, after pulling a similar play at GIFS just before it. You became a basher only after you dumped. Are you saying that Breton, Morgan & Zapara did NOT conspire to get millions of shares? Are you saying Mork didn't short against the stock Zapara got from that conspiracy? Are you saying Mike Kugler did NOT become a strong advocate of Dempsey Mork? Wasn't Kugler just recently calling Bob Quiel about Mork's new company? Didn't Filatreaux solicit Riley to manipulate Mork's new venture on the internet for compensation? Why are questions about you, Martin & Kugler being compensated non gratis?
You refered stockholders to Mike Patterson. He was indicted and charged with US stock manipulation. Mike Kugler refered stockholders to Jim Grant, also a former employee of Joe Lanza. Kugler, and its documented, knew of Zapara's past YET, chose to assist Mork and with you , Martin & Tideglider, targeted, harassed, defamed & libeled AZNT longs. Why wasn't you effort towards Mork, Zapara & Kugler AS WELL AS Morgan & Breton? You CHOSE to go after their victims. Add insult to injury, you tried to rally RMIL longs to piggy back on Mork's case, a guy who shorted stock Zapara scammed to get.
You don't respond DIRECTLY, because you can't answer these, like a spoiled you brat, you opt to name call and act petty in posts to your cohorts. Instead of acting like a spoiled child who will hold his breath until he turns blue, ADDRESS the QUESTIONS.
I am an artist, a gym owner. My areas of expertise are boxing & painting. As for organized crime on the OTC, I defer to the authorities vand assist every way possible. You won't except you are a construction worker, that is your area of expertise. Your report, imo, is to derail from the actual facts. If you care so much about stockholders, why won't you dialogue and address these issues. No SEC agent is laughing or name calling. No FBI agent is laughing or name calling, only you Pauly. The only "laundry" is yours, its dirty and you won't air it. To carry on your charade your helping anybody but yourself & your associated who participated in the P & D of RMIL is a joke. Be a man tonto, address the questions. If you don't, go manipulate another stock, no one is fooled.

Actually Shell, Kuhns & myself are long stockholders, nothing more. You on the other hand, have assisted Joey Mann, who defaulted in federal court over his laundering of 4 million shares in a kiting scheme involving his sinks Shoreline, First Concord & Whitecliff. You also informed us that Marchese, who was also indicted for money laundering, took over Mann's AZNT short, 1.8 mm shares, at "5/8". You assisted the boiler room WellRich that got stock to move the AZNT market, Shur, Murray, Chimino, who was indicted in the last FBI sting on penny stock fraud and you even assisted Marchese in suing me & his associate Joe Pittera of GMKT & QBID/ITHC fame in suing me. You might also tell avenginggoddess that Mann, who claims to have swapped Back & Neck for AZNT shares, went public with Back & Neck and transformed into NNZA, did a reverse split & became GTRD and that GTRD's chairman, Cotterell was also indicted for money laundering. Don't be modest Shell, you got lots of cool buddies!

There is, of course, much much more, should it be needed to prove that Dobry did indeed perjure himself knowingly and shamefully.

The only problem with your assertion, "third-person reference" Pugs, (LoL!), is that Prosecution is fully free to amend their case, fully capable of re-filing new charges into the complaint, as they find concrete evidence thereof. This is where that sticky "reality" problem puts a fly in your conspiracy ointment. For your research-impaired benefit, shall I re-post the actual U.S.C. code that addresses the factual charges which your innuendo implies? Or would real information make you too uncomfortable? I noticed you weren't able to address them the first time they were posted. You probably won't be able to handle them the second time they're posted, either.

Perhaps you think the U.S.C. code is also a conspiracy, too? It's so difficult to tell, since you can't stand up and be a man to discuss these issues. You want to go over Section 2339B, Section 2339C, in detail, or will you again just simply wallow in your "they're disparaging me!!!" wimpiness again? Geeez, even the cut-man for MrT for "Rocky III" had a better line than that. Even a real amatuer boxer would know that much.

Heh. "On behalf of Pugs, Tony loudly proclaimed on SI, where he took in donations, to the MOther Teresa Humanitarian Orginization, a KLA operated Al-Qeada relief front in he Balkans."

The primary problem with your transparency is that you you you end up doing so many things on behalf of Pugs Pugs Pugs, errr... defending Pugs Pugs Pugs, that you fail to see where you slip up on your "tells". I guess the only upside to this is that we can see you don't play poker very much. Or ... if you do ... you lose just as much there, as you did to Mikey, Breton, Raabe because you're too stupid to actually comprehend what's happening to your wallet.

Let's face it, Gary. You're not intelligent enough to handle this part of the conversation when it comes down to comprehension of the applicable U.S.C. code, how jury systems operate, what discovery entails, etc... You already demonstrated that much by your mis-citing of the code. By extrapolation, I suppose that's why you lost what you did in those stocks. Probably a good time to just give it up right now before you and your mouth get yourself into more trouble like you did with the million buxs and Zwebner.

Heh. BTW, you're not masking your IP well enough. The TCKL (tickle) code on your new gym arrangement ...... <oops (g)> AOL has a numerical crossover that only disguises you for most, but not all, of the time. PM me and I'll explain.

Pugs, You ever read the street.com story on Mother Theresa Humanitarian Organization. Hardly shows that Elgindy was fronting for terrorists as you say:

thestreet.com

Elgindy had made an urgent plea for donations last April for the Mother Theresa Humanitarian Organization. The money, he said, was to help refugees of fighting in Kosovo.

But the charity story was full of holes, said David Jarvis, the assistant U.S. attorney who prosecuted Elgindy in the fraud case in Texas. "None of that money from the American people was ever given to the Mother Theresa fund in Macedonia," Jarvis said. "He [Elgindy] was not the transformed man that they made him out to be."

Elgindy, in an interview, said he never gave the $14,000 he collected to the Mother Theresa organization because he was concerned it might be misspent by the group, and because the organization didn't have a valid tax-exempt status.

He said he returned the money to the 50 or so contributors within the past month, and on Friday, posted an explanation of the whole matter on SI. He also said he's spent $127,000 of his own money helping Kosovo refugees.

Elgindy has been ordered to check into a federal prison on June 11, and begin serving his sentence. He says he's angered that someone like Pluvia is pelting him with renewed criticism.

The person behind that alias is far from a saint himself, at least according to Elgindy and court records.

A lawsuit filed against Pluvia last year charged the message board poster is actually Steven Alan Keyser, a man with a list of legal difficulties that includes a shoplifting conviction, an IRS lien for back taxes and an outstanding arrest warrant in Las Vegas.

The suit was filed by Sabratek Corp. (SBTKE:OTC BB - news), which accused Pluvia of disparaging the company while holding a short position in its stock.

A federal court judge in Manhattan gave the company until May 15 to serve Keyser, or drop him from the suit. The deadline came and went, and no one was served.

Pluvia posted a jubilant message on Silicon Investor on May 16.

Sabratek's New York lawyer, Stu Jackson, said he can and will add Keyser back to the suit when he's able to serve him. "We keep an eye out for him," he said.

Silicon Investor's Munden said she knows what Elgindy looks like only from a magazine photo. "I haven't met any of these people in person," she said.

But Elgindy, who says he has met the real person behind Pluvia, says it is indeed Keyser.

In interviews, both Elgindy and the man claiming to be Pluvia have complained that questions about their individual legal difficulties and possible criminal backgrounds detract from the core of their message about stocks.

Elgindy, however, said there's a big difference between himself and Pluvia.

"I'm a much better person than he is, even though I have a conviction," Elgindy said. "I care about people."

Pluvia, in an email response to questions from TheStreet.com, said of Elgindy: "I think his behavior is pathetic -- we're talking about money donated for a charity."
