That is an absolutely excellent example of the difference between people of action and people of words. Substance over symbolism.

The difference between the Buddy McKees and Kenneth Phillipps types and the people that don't spend their lives copy and pasting anti-American horseshit, while the USA is the finest nation on Earth. Of course I have a small bias, but the Aussies, New Zealanders and others have right to the same claim.

Why is it the Ken Phillipps and Buddy McKees never find a positive article regarding this country to copy and paste to the board?

Because they are haters and mask themselves in sheep's clothing so you don't see their vicious, disease ridden fangs.
No matter what pretense they use, their constant attacks on the USA are self evident of their character.

The matter is so much more simple than many would make it. Simply see that they never praise a thing the country does, with the exception of praising other whackos or socialist press in their uncovering of blemishes. Fact is they don't equal a pimple on the ass of real Americans or Aussies...etc etc...They are a disgraced and beaten elitist enemy that see the populace as sheep that should except them as shepherds.

We all should be proud of what they are doing there.

The US military has arrived and is clearly establishing its presence everywhere in Banda Aceh. They completely have taken over the military hospital, which was a mess until yesterday but is now completely up and running. They brought big stocks of medicines, materials for the operation room, teams of doctors, water and food. Most of the patients who were lying in the hospital untreated for a week have undergone medical treatment by the US teams by this afternoon. US military have unloaded lots of heavy vehicles and organize the logistics with Indonesian military near the airport. A big camp is being set up at a major square in the town. Huge generators are ready to provide electricity. US helicopters fly to places which haven't been reached for the whole week and drop food. The impression it makes on the people is also highly positive; finally something happens in the city of Banda Aceh and finally it seems some people are in control and are doing something. No talking but action. European countries are until now invisible on the ground. IOM staff (note: this is a USAID-funded organization) is very busy briefing the incoming Americans and Australians about the situation.

Sometimes it is difficult to keep up. I am glad that TideGlider recommended your post so highly to Ted or I never would have stumbled on it.

Or, more succinctly: Thanks for the post. Nice find.
