Unfortunately, the answers from the heartland would be: 1. Sure, if it was done to defend America. Better to fight "them" over there than over here. (Note that the veracity of the premise has nothing to do with the response.) 2. Sure, we'll just kick ass on anyone who gets in our way and messes with our boys. They deserve it for being such baddies. 3. Absolutely - who wouldn't want to live like us? They are just jealous. That sums up what I hear when I go back to Bush-land and spend time with folks there.
