You take some LEAPS or ASSUMPTIONS... I don't think what you just wrote is reality at all. RACE has nothing to do with it. I think most Democrats... since they allegedly court BLACKS were glad that the Republicans had appointed Powell and Rice. It was the flip flop that Powell did on the war issue when he went before the U.N. and presented false testimony.. based on faulty evidence provided by you know who. Previously as was reported he was getting rejected by his fellow compatriots... Wolfwitz,Cheney,Bush,Rove as he was not following the party line. He made up for it and got back in saving graces by his U.N. performance. He is also doing a great job in the Tsunami Relief work.
