It is ironic that a few decades ago a large segment of Americans of some libertarian/populist/conservative bent objected even to the simple paper Social Security card, because the central authority has no specific right to keep THAT MUCH track of citizens.

Yet today their philosophical heirs find an electronic SS picture ID card, tied into a national database, essential to prevent-God forbid-a smelly Mex-kin from moving here, earning an honest living, and very possibly driving an SUV to an all-white prom somewhere.

ALLOW the NEXT America to keep coming in.

PROFILE and RESTRICT the subhuman Islamic Mideast potential suicide bombers in our streets.

RECOGNIZE that we are at WAR not with "terror" but with 1.3 billion subhuman Islamics (with the "good" Islam still in hiding.)

And we begin to solve these self-created delimmas...

Sorry... that's NOT what the treaty says.

It says there must be some kind of initial tribunal to determine a prisoner's staus, before the presumption that the protections of the Geneva protocols apply can be dismissed.

(I understand there are some tens of thousands of detainees, not of course counting the non-reported ones in secret detentions, are you claiming that you have personal knowledge of each and every one of them? No, I thought not.)
