In November, consumer credit contracted at an annual rate of 5 percent. Revolving credit fell at an annual rate of 11 percent, while nonrevolving credit edged down at a 1 percent pace.

this is a good data series from the fed just released today. i don't know when the last month was that consumer and revolving credit, but it could have been a long time ago. other good info on various types of loans to consumers in the data too.
