P.S. Any idea where "#reply-nnnnn" and "#subject-nnnn" stand in the priority list?

They're still pretty far down the list. I need to learn ASP.NET's version of RegEx. Doesn't work like Classic ASP's. And even if it did, it's not a walk in the park to implement nor is it cheap. But the cost is borne by the webserver, so cost isn't much of an issue.

If anyone's browsed iHub today without being logged in, and seen the ads for some genital herpes treatment as well as something apparently for a toenail fungus, you can probably guess what's the top priority on my list right now.

Those ads are embarassing and don't pay well.

But.....

They're getting clicked about 10-20 times more frequently than a lot of the market-related ads the agencies are laying on us.

Go figure.

It's a catch-22. If agency ads don't perform well in terms of clicks, we can't keep decent agency ads here. And if they're not decent agency ads that're relevant to our users, they won't get clicked. Well, unless the ads purport to provide relief for embarassing ailments.
