Me too just when and how we we get there and what the triggers are is what is the question..lol The speculation in real estate in the bubble markets of the US and other major industrialized cities worldwide rivals the stock market speculation and Manhattan real estate in 1929. The fed has not yet realized how far they have helped push this reckless behavior and huge misallocation of capital.
