SI used to have a means where you could turn off pm's. Unfortunately if anyone had a pm from you that they had kept, they could pm you anyway, even if you didn't want to hear from them. Now, I think, the only way to turn off the ability of people to PM you is to put them on ignore. If you want to read their posts you just click on them- it's a small price to pay to keep people from bothering you in private, imo. Maybe if you pay the premium fees for SI you get other features to deal with unwanted pm's- but I wouldn't know about that.

unbanning is easy. Enter the member name in the Seach: box at the top of the page (("R. D. Buschman"). Select "Members", then Submit. Under "Profile for ....." it will say Un-Ignore Memeber if they are on Ignore. Click that. They're free. Rarely do I post articles that I consider inaccurate. Rarely? So you do? Nukes won't do. Too easily proven. You got not an opinion but an answer. Pardon moi, but I join the club that believes you were attempting to stick the US with a heinous crime. And got caught.
