Why does everyone feel the need to regurgitate vacuous speeches at me lately" What binary policy? We are still allied to France, despite bumps in the road. Last I checked, we had not punished Spain for withdrawing troops. No one is enforcing perfect conformity, nor even trying. This is one of the dumbest posts I have had the misfortune to read.
