If you look at hourly of XLE, it actually may be setting up as a potential zigzag. I've been eyeing it as a potential long, if it turns around.

Re: the banks... I am still holding BAC and JPM puts, 2006 and 2007 respectively. BAC made a three-waver off the highs. Looks a bit "flattish" to me, but we'll see. JPM chart is actually more bearish. MBI made 3 waves down, and is thinking what to do next. Somewhere above 63 I'd say it would begin to look like a long.
