Ray > Radar Matrix, in particular, has some quite interesting material to peruse.

Yes, very.

HAARP has been the subject of much discussion in radio circles ever since it was erected in the 1980s. Indeed, as a radio ham, the ionosphere has been of considerable interest to me, personally, and, not only the ionosphere, but all forms of atmospheric and "extra-terrestrial" electrical activity. Thus, when I first learned about HAARP I was really fascinated because, to my knowledge, it was the first attempt that "earthlings" had made to mess with the "order of things" around their planet.

It does seem, however, that HAARP may have a more "sinister" reason to exist than a purely scientific one but I cannot accept that radio waves, however powerful they are, can cause earthquakes simply because the forces involved are magnitudes greater than anything "earthlings" can generate.
