Well unfortunately there was no orange cremesicle soy milk, and they no longer carry Rocket bars. Soy Delicious and low carb ice cream bars seem to have elbowed the Rocket bars into oblivion, which is too bad for me because I don't like the Soy Delicious ones. We did find some nice things, though. Fresh vegan brownies in the bakery! Very good--Mr. Grainne's tummy is full and he is very happy right now. Health is Wealth chicken free fingers, which we had for dinner with 365 brand tater puffs--they aren't organic but do not have hydrogenated oils. We found tofu eggless salad in the deli case--looks exactly like egg salad--we'll see how it tastes. Non-GMO organic tortillas, Westbrae tropical whip soy smoothie, Kikoman green tea soy milk, frozen vegetarian somosas for a hot snack, Amy's frozen strawberry and apple pop tarts, Amy's tofu scramble with vegetables and hash browns (we are getting a little lazy about breakfast). Nate's has little microwavable chicken-free patties with barbecue sauce on buns that come individually packaged--a quick work lunch with a piece of fruit. The piece de resistance--Spice Hunter vegan hot buttered rum mix (the commercial kind has butter in it) for our beach vacation, which is coming up soon. Now that Grainnette has turned 21 and enjoys drinking a bit, we will all sit around and watch the rain come down and drink hot buttered rum and talk about our deepest feelings!
