A little birdie sent me two moore items. So I just posted them one to cos and since I had a note from you in my box I sent you the next one. so there was one more on moore and you got it. I figured some of the people here would find them interesting. I haven't followed Moore. I've only seen the reactions to his stuff, which is very intriguing. I'm in love with Linda Rhonstadt so I did follow that little episode, but that's about it.

"All in all, I feel he makes an extremely valuable contribution to the left side of the debate,"

The thing that stood out to me in 'Michael Moore Hates America' is that the leftists Wilson interviews (with the notable exception of Maysles) were uninterested in the truth of Moore's films. When he asks several average liberals on the street what their reaction would be if they found parts of Moore's films were inaccurate, most said it didn't matter or if it did, it still wouldn't change their opinion of the film.

As hard as one might wish, a culture of civility can't be established if truth is irrelevant to one side of the political debate.
