Really can't discuss it in any more detail yet. We're working toward a 504(d) private placement and because we'll be advertising it here, which is allowed under that rule, we'll have to limit prospectus delivery to only accredited investors, which is a requirement if we avail ourselves of the ability to advertise it. An IPO itself is for way down the road, if ever. Long-term, we see IPO or being acquired by a public company (who will let us continue to run the show and be contractually bound to do so, rather than just give it lip-service the way Go2Net did to Brad and Jeff). We're nowhere near ready or worth enough for an IPO and frankly don't need that kind of ready access to public funds. We're needing a specific amount to move on to the next step, which will be building this (iHub, SI, and our other plans) into something public-worthy.
