The Second Amendment states that "a well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Only a liberal leftist lawyer could misinterpret what that means. Our forefathers were NOT into writing FANCY CLAUSES that could be gotten around. They said it PLAIN AND CLEAR. Since the MILITIA was drawn up from the PEOPLE they wanted THE PEOPLE to keep and bear arms. I cannot believe the majority of the people could interpret that any other way, and for a judge to do so just shows you what the heck is going on in our judiciary today, ie activist judges attempting TO REWRITE our constitution WITHOUT the will of the people. jdn
