Ish, prices go up and down. $25 and $14 a barrel are both more expensive than $20 and $10 a barrel. I know that's a really tricky concept, but if we work on it for a few weeks, you should get it. Come on now. You can do it. Iraq's oil ON the market would have meant both prices would have been lowered by that much. I am suspecting that you are being obdurate and not trying your hardest.
