As bush said no imminent threat but a gathering one. Without wmds gathering becomes an overstatement, no doubt but Bush didnt know that there were on wmds to be found and it is yet unclear as to whether wmds were transferred and how quickly post-sanction saddam could have resuccitated the program. I have a question for you GST. If we had found stockpiles of chem and bio weapons, would you have a different view than you now do?

They all thought there were stockpiles. The disagreement was over the long term ability to contain the threat.
