Japan has hardly intervened for a year. Where is the big treasury blowup that everyone said would happen when Japan stopped buying?

Has the story changed to "wait till Japan sells?"

I forgot to add that it seems China has been unloading US$ for hard assets and Euros.
Now the $ has taken much of that back.
Where is the US$ blowup with that?
