Jim, thanks for the Nesbitt analysis. I have often wondered about the durability of Q's patent position and think the analyst provided some good assurances. His conclusion is that Q's royalty rate poses a greater risk than the expiration of patents/licensing agreements to the Q in the future. According to the analyst, the carriers and equipment suppliers will have a greater incentive to utilize other technologies that charge less. But, in that case, I would assume that Q would do what the Saudi's do: use its income steam and pricing power to lower prices whenever a new technology rears its head and before it gets an embedded base and then raise the prices after the threat has passed.
