No, its NOT the same. Tony was paid $600/month for FBI classified info so his lemmings could front-run stocks. He was allegedly front-running his paying members before the paying members could use FBI info to front-run the public. You and Jeff sure love to sugar-coat his actions.

fROM WHAT I READ ABOUT ELGINDYS MOTHERS INCIDENT, THE ANSWER WOULD BE YES, HE DID RIP OFF HIS MOTHER.

AS TO FRONTRUNNING, I REALY DONT KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT.

I WOULD HAVE TO GO READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE ON HIS OLD WEB SITE TO SEE IF MEMBERS EVEN HAD TO DISCLOSE TO OTHER MEMBERS ABOUT TRADES.

IF ELGINDY TOLD PEOPLE THAT HE WAS NOT SHORT AND HE WAS, THIS WOULD BE WRONG BUT I CAN FIND NO LAWS THAT WOULD BE BROKEN.

UNETHICAL YES, BUT WHAT LAW WOULD BE BROKEN?

IT WOULD BE THE SAME ON SI. IF SOMEONE POSTED THEY WHERE NO SHORT AND WHERE, SHOULD THAT PERSON GO TO PRISON?
