Geez, you make me sound important or something...thanks for the kind words Grainne. I must say I am not a vegan (that seems to work for the younger crowd who are more flexible than I). I applaud vegans for they take the vegetarianism to a higher level than I have. This is a good thing. Well, lentils are probably one of my favorite foods. I have considered changing my name to lentil! I have been known to scoop tofu out of its tub with a spoon, or slice it into wedges and eat it. And to call it dinner! lol Stop over the Veggie thread anytime you like and thanks for the welcome. len
