When I hunted geese in Maryland I saw a nice home on a branch of the Bay, $10,000,000+, that had 3 cannons in the front yard pointing over the water. Left over from protecting the Bay from raiders, then left over from market hunting. They still work and have blanks shot in them on holidays.

I had a neighbor who got a used tank. He was going to give 5 acres to the American Legion and park the tank in front. County nixed the give away and the army heard the tank hadn't been disabled and took it away from him. Sad all the way around.
