Tony could have easily ended up in either place, had there been any substance to what Pugs asserts. Note: Bill Gates and several other Compaq, American Express and United Way execs remain free and at-large despite their contributions to Islamic "charity" fronts!"Many people were arrested and charged in connection with terrorist acts, some on very flimsy evidence. Does anyone really think the same wouldn't have happened to Tony if they'd found anything even approaching proof?" A source close to the main intelligence agency in the Muslim-Croat half of Bosnia said Boudella worked for Benevolence International in Zenica from 1992 to 1994 and is believed to be connected to Abu Al-Me'Ali, the leader of a unit of Islamic fighters in Zenica. Boudella was working for another Islamic charity, Human Appeal International, when he was arrested, according to his wife, Nadja Dizdarevic. She said her husband is innocent. Along with four other Algerians and a Yemeni, Boudella was held in a Sarajevo jail as police investigated an alleged plot to attack the U.S. and British Embassies. The men were transferred to U.S. custody and sent to Guantanamo Bay in mid-January despite protests by Bosnian and international human-rights groups that they were illegally stripped of their Bosnian citizenship and denied fair court proceedings. Bosnia's anti-terrorism task force has asked authorities to investigate the finances of Human Appeal, which is based in Britain, and six other Islamic relief organizations. Two of the Algerians arrested with Boudella also worked for Islamic charities that are under investigation in Bosnia. Benevolence International and its executive director, Enaam Arnaout, are accused of perjury in the United States, and U.S. officials have frozen the charity's assets. The Syrian-born Arnaout, who has families in Bosnia and the U.S. and holds passports from both countries, was arrested April 30 and accused of lying under oath about supporting military activities and terrorism. A March raid of Benevolence's offices and several private apartments in Sarajevo and Zenica yielded evidence that the FBI used against Arnaout. He is being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago."
