Forecast upped to 4 ft on ground in Reno. Almost every apartment complex has collapsed carports. Not mine though. Of course they don't have carports here. Several buildings have collapsed from the weight of the very wet snow, mostly storage facilities and warehouses. About 50+ miles of I-80 on both sides of the CA-NV state line are closed completely. Tomorrow is supposed to be light snow and then Monday will be another blizzard. We will approach if not exceed biggest storm snowfall in over a century. Finally forecasting partly sunny... for Thursday, maybe.

I looked outside to see if I could make a snow man but the snow is too deep for me. Snowballs are easy with the snow waist deep; don't have to go outside beyond the sidewalk, about 5 feet. There is an overhang above the doors from the 2nd floor access porch, but nothing to protect the 2nd floor dwellers - heh heh heh - serves the noisy bastards right.
