I agree with Russ. There is more than one way to play in this game. Diversification is not a bad idea.

for better or worse, I'm on your side. I have virtually all my money in miners (although I do have some shorts, too). diversification is worthwhile at times, but I see much better opportunity in PM's. The downside is you have to be able to stomach the volatility.
