Arun, it is obvious that within a country's legal system, one guy shouldn't invade another's house and take over.

If there are no rules other than jungle rules, then yes, the toughest guy should control the thug and anyone protecting the thug and offer to marry the beautiful wife and look after any obedient children. That's how the world worked for eons, up until the 20th century in most countries. And up until this century in Iraq where the toughest guy wasn't too worried about the ethics of his victims.

I think your analogy is lacking.
