As I said, he didn't have a choice. He was doing what he could to get sanctions lifted.

Aggression towards other countries? What's new? I can think of several countries which have been aggressive to other countries with which they disagreed. In the dog eat dog world with no NUN, what do you expect? It's surprising how little aggression there has been over the last 20 years.

Manoeuvres by China and Russia are gearing up to be conducted on China's territory, aka Taiwan, in the year of the Feather Duster [aka Year of the Rooster].
