Sneaky, tricky and dirty

The left immediately thinks, "Phoenix." I have figured for some time that a way of getting at the Sunni tribal leaders has to be used. They can shut this down if they want to. The Iraqi Government will have to do it, our media will not let us do it directly. But it will happen.
