Seems like humanitarian aid would fit under the embargo...but I don't know. I'm not trying to defend the French. I'm saying that in the world neighborhood we need to bring all the members of the family together. Sometimes that takes a show of force, like when dad gives you a spanking. Sometimes it takes gaining understanding by discussing it. The spanking should never be without a lot of discussion before during and after as well. If you insist on alienating folks then they become enemies. By reaching out and practicing forgiveness unto others you have a chance for agape to prevail. On this note, I'm going to bid the members of this discussion farewell for a while. I wish you well, and I hope that in this new year you will look for ways to build alliances, peace, understanding and agape. Happy New Year to all PEACE Orca
