I view this as a Bush decision though. It can go either way and I'm fine with that. If it goes well he'll get all the glory

Hey and if this Iraq thing doesn't work out...you can do what you always do...blame Clinton!

One more thing. How many people have we killed in Iraq getting rid of Saddam?

I see estimates of between 100,000 and 150,000 people.

Question: Of those people killed what percentage of them were terrorists responsible for 9-11?

Now...how many terrorists have we created, assuming that at least 20 people are extremely angry over the death of their family member or close friend? We probably created about 2 million terrorists...so far. You have to throw in maybe another 2 or 3 million people that are pissed enough to fly a plane into a building and they didn't know anyone personally...but like Gloop after 9-11 are mad enough to do damage to innocents on the other side of the world.

Clinton called for regime change in Iraq...and rightly so. But I doubt that Clinton would have done the invasion Bush style without the support of the UN. He would have followed Bush I's lead on that matter, while pursuing bin Laden in Afghanistan.

History proves that Clinton was on the right path with the sanctions, and the strategic bombing of military facilities...as Saddam's true capacity to accomplish WMD manufacture was virtually nil.

Ok...then discuss...

I really am taking off for a while now.

Clinton did more than talk about Regime change. He made it
US policy when he passed the Iraq Liberation Act which called
for regime change.
