He acknowledged the serious safety issues but also mentioned the pressure of such a serious unmet need. He seemed to be leaving room for optimists' hope for accelerated filing, without providing any factual basis for such an expectation. I agree with Harold: without astoundingly strong results, early filing seems unlikely.
