Everything I keep seeing confirms in my
mind that it does not matter a lot what
you eat--so long as it is good food.
Stay away from processed foods and fast
food, and normal 'natural' foods like
nuts and olive oil and fruits and veggies
come into your diet. Instead of eating
red meat every night, I replace it one
night a week with a vegetarian meal.
Twice with chicken, and once with salmon.

Perfect.

Although I am a good 30 lbs overweight
(eat too much good food) once again, my
blood report came back with "great report"
written on it.

I am trying to reduce my calorie intake,
the New Year's thing... My doctor says
if I do 400 calories at each meal and
a 400 calorie snack before bed, I'll lose
20 pounds by summer.

Have noticed feeling a little lightheaded, ha!
Think I will add some exercise and do 600 calories
or more each meal.
