I remember reading a few years ago of a small town (forgot the name, believe it was somewhere in the South) where they passed an ordinance REQUIRING every household to be ARMED. Crime of all types dropped DRAMATICALLY. Maybe someone here remembers what I am talking about? jdn

Why they won't implement this perfectly sensible idea is beyond me. Guess I need to run for Guv'ner, though I probably have as much chance against Arnie as a submarine against a Really Big Rock in The Path.
