<I have been watching the housing market closely here in the UK, reviewing what various analysts say. There is general agreement that the volume of sales is low, below which will satisfy normal demand. The demand is still there, just from normal human activity, it remains to been whether there is an upside or downside break in price when the volume resumes.> Look for much higher inventory of property for sale along with the continuation of low volume to be key to a move down along with a big rise in new foreclosure filings. For any continued move up you will need a resumption of the high volume.
