Yeah, you got it about right, except it is not a mine.

I met with the former CEO several times, long discussions,
2.5 yrs ago. Took the PP at .70 and sold at 5.60 after
waiting out the yr. Exercised the wts at .80 and waited
out the yr. Started selling at 6.40 recently but the price
fell off.

I still like Mines, but expected that the long wait would
make buyers decide to hold off till closer to production.
It is just a no-brainer to take an 8 bagger (really more
as the wts are free and are paid from the initial profit)
and pay the 15% fed tax.

Also the Montana vote has hurt IMO, though indirectly.

MGN should have terrific leverage to silver (and I have
seen high estimates for cu going forward also) and is a
really huge resource.

I thought at one time that SSRI would buy it.
